Marlin answered immediately, every time; precise: I requested a quote, he asked for some information and told me that he would email me the quote in the afternoon, sure enough, I received the email that afternoon with the quote which included the price, the date and time for the roof cleaning, and how they were going to do it; Punctual: showed on time and finished the job on time. Compared to others: most cases I had to give info on phone and schedule somebody to come onsite for a quote, some difficult to get hold of this had to leave message, extreme cases: one guy named Martes (?) picked up the phone, gave me a quote on the phone and said he would do the job on a Tuesday, both of us agreed, I waited for a week expecting the roof to be cleaned on that Tuesday, but he never showed up and never picked up my calls since."
