I've had a couple fences put up from a couple different contractors / companies but Richey Contracting is the only one (The. Only. One.) I will return to. Finding this team was a blessing! From the quote to the calendar to the materials and the workmanship, all of it was done better than anyone else I've communicated or contracted with. Other contractors were giving me unrealistic and unreliable timelines, quotes, and they were treating me like an uneducated customer. Somehow, even though I'm a man, others would be mansplaining to me how a fence is constructed... Not this team! From day 1 they treated me like a valued customer and a business partner. When installing the staff were friendly,, personable, and professional. On top of that, they nailed the installation (no pun intended). In the original bathroom remodel we had concerns about how the tiles were laid (they didnâ t lay completely flat). Columbia was very responsive to our concerns, they scheduled a time to come back out and assess the job, and ultimately ended up redoing the tiles in both bathrooms. Weâ re so glad they did! Once they opened everything up, we became aware of few other issues that needed to be addressed.
