Justin did a super job. Our hot water heater was leaking and impacting the apartment below ours. He was able to come out with very short notice and install a new hot water heater. He used all copper connections for superior reliability and did a very high quality job. Our water heater is in an outdoor closet (so strange with the cold weather climate of Colorado) and not only provides hot water, but provides heat for the apartment as well. The original setup is completely inadequate to perform both functions as providing apartment heat is supposed to have a check valve (to prevent air bubbles from getting into the line for the water pump) and a mixing valve (to drop faucet temperature to 120F and maintain water heater at 140F for apartment heating). Since this was all missing from the water closet there was no way to know that the water heater also provided apartment heat so we lost apartment heating due to air in the water pump line (which happens any time the main water is shutoff). Justin came in the next day (on his day off) and bled the line of air to restore heat. He kept everything clean and he was $1500 cheaper than the competitive bid to boot. He's definitely a do-again and is our go to man!

Called with a gas leak. Justin came out early next morning and had it all fixed in a few hours. Very very professional, courteous and very reasonable. Very thankful for his service and will definitely use him again if needed, but will also refer him. So refreshing to find a good honest professional person.

Contact Green Tap for an emergency mainline water leaking. Justin was able to come and gave me a quote and a solution to the problem within the same day. He was able to start and finished the work the next day. Very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. No up-sale #1 honestly integrity Will call on Green Tap and Justin for our future needs. Highly recommended!!!

Justin & Frank did an excellent job on installing my hot water heater. Justin pointed out what was out of code but didn't push me to add those charges, but I did as I wanted to be safe. I also hired Hardline to fix a slow drain and a leaking toilet. All three jobs were completed in a professional manner and no messes. I highly recommend them!

We always require an approval signature before any work in completed, so if there is a discretion in work or price, it can be addressed immediately.
