I did some research about cost and everything he told me was spot on. His pricing and charging policy is beyond fair. Additionally, he noticed I had as spot for a smoke detector in an inconvenient place in my house. He volunteered to get one for me that included a carbon monoxide sensor and installed it for me. "After contacting the 3 companies provided by Home Advisor I chose to go with James Townsley and I'm very glad I did. He is very professional and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the installation. I would and already have recommend him for lightning rod installations."

"They are very dependable when it comes to showing up and being on time and the work was done right and very quickly. The only problem was in getting the permit. It took a long time to get finalized. But this is another contractor, found thru Home Advisor, that I will keep all the information on and will use again. In fact, I just did use them again last week on Friday, December 6th. When they came to meet the inspector regarding my new panel inspection, I asked them to give me a call because I wanted to get an estimate for another job. They called me back right away and sent someone out the following morning. I told them I wanted to go ahead and schedule the job. He told me they could do it that day. I wanted to do it but I said I couldn t because I had to leave by 3:30 for my granddaughters Christmas Pageant. He told me they would be done by then, that they would send a helper. I said ok if you really think you can be done in time. It was a lot of work. He was replacing 13 lights in the ceiling, changing out 11 outlets, adding an outlet and installing a surge protector in my recently installed panel. To my surprise, they finished at exactly 3:28. They will be my electrician from now on. I will tell you though, if you are looking for cheap, don t bother. They are a little pricey but the work gets done right away and it gets done right."

"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."
