"I have to 100% recommend anyone looking for a quality builder for their project to make sure they speak with Wallach Builders first. Starting with a first meeting all the way to the final project day, Marty Wallach and his team (Tony and Dave) were professional and meticulous with my bathroom remodel. Marty provided me with a very detailed estimate that covered virtually everything we talked about him doing. I particularly liked the fact that he allowed me to convey my thoughts and visions of the final look of the bathroom, and he also provided his expertise along the way. I was given a start date and an estimated completion date and the project went exactly as planned. I was able to choose my own tile, fixtures, and Marty provided guidance on the look of the shower and cabinetry (which I also picked out). I actually felt like Wallach Builders did everything I wanted, and did all the things that their knowledge and experience provided to make the outcome even better. The team showed up every day at exactly the same time, and finished everyday on schedule. They took particular care to make sure no debris or dust made its way out to the bedroom during the construction phase (removing the old tile). The price I was charged was exactly what was quoted (with no surprise additions at all). I even liked how much the project was going that I asked MArty to do my upstairs guest bathroom, as well! I had a few small changes I wanted done along the way (sometimes you notice something you may have wanted done a little ifferently once it is all coming together) and his team never fliinched and actually seemed happy to make me happy. I have to say, I was almost sorry to see them finish as I enjoyed the craftsmanship, and the way the bathroom took shape along the way. I would not even think of asking another builder to do any project for me in the future. It is hard to find a good, promise keeping, on shedule contractor. Marty and Wallach Builders certainly meet all these characteristics. The one best thing I can add is that during the entire process I was communicated with by Marty. "Andrew and his crew were EXCELLENT! I have heard how contractors don't show up after a few days but that was never the case with Andrew. He was at the house by 7am every morning to get his guys on task with the job and then discuss with me the agenda for the day. He was very willing to work with us on any corrections that needed to be done in our basement to keep us satisfied. From day 1, the worksite was always left very neat and clean which was important since we still needed to use the basement to do our laundry. Andrew also discovered the reason for water in our basement and the next day corrected the problem which avoided future water damage in a brand new basement. Our job started the Monday after Thanksgiving and the only days Andrew and his crew didn't show up to work were Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE and New Year's Day to make sure that our basement was finished in the timeframe he promised. Our basement was an old school cellar and now it's a beautiful living space with a 3/4 bath, laundry room, living room and storage area. It's a wonderful before and after transformation. We were always in constant communication either via text or actual phone calls. We plan on using him on future projects. It's nice to have someone like Andrew in my contacts because I know I can trust him and his work. Trust me, if you hire Andrew you will not be disappointed."

"From start to finish, all the people from Le birch development & construction were professional, hardworking and clearly showed pride in their work. Le birch. Team created a plan for our bathroom that far surpassed anything we had thought of; Amy, the designer that works with Lindross, is very talented & was able to quickly identify our own personal style and help with material selection so the finished product was just right. Brian insists that work begin only after all the materials are on site, so the renovations went much faster and smoother than I've experienced in the past. He also put a commercial HEPA filter in the room where the demolition was done to limit the dust and mess in the air and hired a cleaning crew to clean the room when they were finished! Rob K and all the other workmen that worked on the project were kind, helpful (and clean!) and demonstrated a high level of talent in their particular field of expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone (and have done so to several of my friends) and will definitely be using them in the future when we move onto our kitchen remodel."

"Gedeon quoted us the best prices for the labor. They remodeled the guest bath and the master bath. I purchased the items needed, tub, tiles, cabinets, fixtures and shower doors. Valentine was wonderful and very polite. He worked with our schedule when we had to skip some days. He even built me a new linen closet. At the end of the day he would leave the areas very neat. We are hiring them to do my kitchen remodel next. I highly recommend this company!!!!"

"I can?t give full stars because the shower is on back order. Once work is completed I can give a full evaluation ****update 8/22/2021 My shower installation is now complete. I cannot express how wonderful this turned out. My shower is beautiful and the work is amazing. The installers were so professional and patient. I had many questions and they were so helpful. The job did take two days due to unforeseen plumbing issues- but they were able to correct the problem and continue with installation.
