"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I thought I had a horrible flea problem, but Tony came out, looked closely at the bug and said it wasn't a flea but instead a bug probably coming from my pantry. He was right! He offered to spray the pantry but I felt I could handle the problem on my own. He would not charge me a service call charge even though he made the trip out to my house and accurately diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend this company!"

"Rodent Stop came to my home to give me a free estimate on a Sunday, less than a day after I emailed them, for an attic rodent problem. The representative gave me a no-nonsense and practical estimate (another company wanted to replace my attic insulation, but Rodent Stop said it wasn't necessary.) Two friendly workers came two days later to clean, sanitize, and deodorize the attic. They sealed all openings in the attic, under the house, under sinks, and checked inside cupboards for any possible openings even though rodents had never come indoors. The workers were respectful of my home and left the property as they had found it. They set traps and checked on them 5 days later as promised. Having caught some stragglers in the traps, they reset them for another 5 days. The traps have been empty even since. My rodent problem is gone as they guaranteed! This company is very responsive. I was able to talk to someone via email, text, and phone as needed. I really appreciate the lifetime guarantee on their work, although I am confident I will not need to call on them any time soon if at all. I wish all companies were run as efficiently as Rodent Stop!"

"I hired Pacific for a rental property where the tenants, who were ready to move in that day, discovered a flea infestation. They picked up the phone right when I called (unlike the other large company I tried) and I talked with an extermination expert (not a customer service rep) about what I needed. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and came out to take care of the emergency within 3 HOURS of my phone call! By the time "the other company" called me back, the house had already been fumigated."

From Aranza in booking the initial termite inspection; Cesar, the manager who assessed the complex and provided a treatment plan, and finally to Miller & Anibal in treating the complex. This complex was difficult....it is old and historical and is made up of 12 bungalows and 12 free-standing garages. They worked with us to figure out a plan that worked both for the tenants as well as the landlord. You will not go wrong with this company. And, definitely request Miller to be there....he is amazing! Dedicated, honest and customer-focused. I will recommend them to anyone looking for pest control issues."

"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future. We asked for a tenting estimate for a triplex and received it in a timely manner and it was considerably lower than any other estimate we received.
