"This company is just AMAZING! I have no word to explain the professionalism and the good job they did. Before I called this company, I called 2 other companies locally, one being ARS RESCUE ROOTER HOUSTON, please never call those guys, terrific, and never showed up for 2 times, then I called Turbo Home Services, and someone showed up and wanted to charge me $375 for just cleaning the Kitchen Sink main line. Finally I called Village Plumbing & Air, and simply they told me someone will show up between 2-4pm and they did. In fact, someone called me 45 mins before to let me know they were on the way and sent me a tracking link, so I can see the ETA of the technician. The Technician Jhonny Mateo arrived and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything from A to Z and even showed me the camera of my pipes, but the best part is that they charged me way less than the previous companies. I couldn't be happier with the technician and the company. I will use them again and forever from now on!"
