"Renewal by Andersen put in four doors and installed more than 15 windows this weekend (2022). Specifically, double-hung windows, casement windows, gliding and picture windows. The installers were Mark Svenson and Coltin Giles. Both did a terrific job, they were very efficient and clean with their work. They also cleaned up afterwards. Both were very professional. Renewal and Andersen should be very proud of the work they do. As a customer, I am very pleased. In fact, I will be contracting with Renewal by Andersen in a few months to install another door and 5 more casement windows. I will ask that the work be performed by Mark Svenson & Coltin Giles again. Additionally, a year later I had a large sliding glass door and two large windows added to the house. All were, again, Andersen. We are still pleased with the results. Additional Comments (Oct, 2023): A couple years later, I asked Renewal by Andersen to come out for two repairs: A cracked window and a sticky door jam. They scheduled a response immediately and, as soon as the replacement window was prepared, their service tech drove out to my remote town. The employee, Rick Torres, provided text mssgs as to his E.T.A. and, sure enough, he arrived on time and was ready to work. Mr. Torres had all the necessary tools and covered his feet before entering. He worked efficiently and professionally and had a great attitude. He identified areas that could be improved beyond what I had observed earlier. He made the current repairs and I look forward to him returning to work on the additional areas, the framing that he feels could be improved."

"FullTime Contractor replaced asphalt shingle roof and gutters and downspouts as well as installing gutter protection system. The project went very smoothly. There were two teams - one for roofing, and one for gutters. They were professional, highly skilled workers who were respectful of owners concerns each step of the way. I have a 1907 home that had its overhangs removed years ago and was in need of having the overhangs/eves reconstructed along with a new roof. Unforeseen was the addtional wood shake roof which had to be removed. Ofek, the project coordinator, was outstanding and communicative throughout the process. Upon completion, the result was outstanding and could not be happier. The project also included a complete gutter install and this company took the time and expense to come back out and make requested corrections in addition to new work with no addtional charge. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. "Re-sided the entire house. It was a big investment but I did my research and knew what I wanted. Matt the owner was awesome from the beginning. He always got back to me right away, answered my questions, did what I wanted but guided me too. We replaced front & back doors, replaced some old windows, wrapped the porch columns, used shingles and plank siding, painted it all and it is just gorgeous! I'm very happy. My almost 100 year old house looks new, but better than new! They used good paint and here's a tip: get advice from an expert about the color scheme. Miller paint has a colorist who will come to your house and it's essential, if you're not sure about color. Husband and I thought about moving, but the market is just ridiculous. We refinanced, got equity back, and made our old house new. RROC did just an excellent job. I recommend them without hesitation. It's hard to know who to trust, but I'm glad we trusted them. We had some moments of frustration but we made decisions together and the end result is just beautiful."
