First do your homework on roof replacement before getting estimates is my advice. If you've gone through the process before there's always something new to learn especially with the different shingle manufacturer companies. Adam and all the crew were easy to work with, no pressured sales by all means. You have to become aware some companies will switch out a very important part of your roofing system, the underlayment, but not this honest company. I was given a few houses to drive by of roofs they installed to check out colors in person which was extremely helpful for making my choice. I looked at videos on YouTube about Owens Corning roof vents, instillation, and warranties. Later I called Owens Corning to ask questions about their warranties and transfers...which I am pleased to say I was able to talk directly to someone there. Precision pulled a permit even though it is not needed in my county (imagine that!). They were very adaptable to your schedule/timing and friendly all around. Any questions were answered. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs especially knowing the difficulty of my roof line with multiple additions on a over century house. Let's just say the people who have been driving by my remote small town talking folk have slowed down just to take a look at the incredible change the new roof made to this old house. Nate was the only roofer I received a quote from ( out of 9) that said he thought there was weather damage to my roof & that I should file a claim with my homeowners insurance. He said it was â worth a shot.â I filed a claim & my insurance covered the entire cost of my roof, less my deductible. Nate was very professional & worked flawlessly with me & my insurance company. I give him 10 stars! The roof was installed in one day & I canâ t recommend him enough. His quote was very fair. I had been quoted 12K to 20K.

A+ service with a smile. Responsive, timely, efficient, and addressed everything and then some. Caulked areas that needed it and fixed the nail pops while inspecting the shingles. Will be using them again for various projects on our 50 year old house that will need some special attention over the next few years.
