Everardo was very responsive, came out several times to evaluate and answer questions about the job (before and after the foundation was lifted) I could have saved about $1k with another contractor, however, I didn't quite trust him since he would have subcontracted the work and I just had a bad feeling. The trust factor was huge, so I went with Everardo and it paid off in spades. He knows his business, he's honest, trustworthy, and very professional. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Anything that didn't pass his excellence test was redone and I didn't even have to request it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great contractor and I will be using him again for at least one other project."

"It's been several weeks now and everything has worked out just fine. We hired them to inspect and clean the fireplace and we ended up doing so much more. We are the third homeowner and with the house being 20 years old things have started to break, need repair or desperately need maintenance. We fell into all three categories. We talked with Mike who was great getting us set up and explaining the process. Then Daniel and John arrived to do the work. We got our air ducts cleaned, chimney cleaned and fixed, Dryer vent cleaned and a new UV light installed at the heat pump and the blower and coils cleaned for a very reasonable price for 5 + hours worth of work and parts. We have already set up for our yearly system's check so we will not have to worry about it (at no obligation). I would recommend them without hesitation ( I cannot say that about other companies that I have used.) "I had an electric wall oven that needed to be replaced. Removing the old oven presented several challenges. Apex was able to remove the old one and install the new one perfectly. "We had a technician out 8/1/2021. Long story short, an easy job turning into a three hour nightmare for our technician, none of which was his fault. The way our dryer vents is through the roof and has 2 90 degree turns. Our poor technician lost two brushes due to these turns and the sharp aluminum severing his brush heads. All through this process he was still very nice and professional. We wanted a deep clean, but since he could not complete the clean, he did not charge us for it, even though he spent hours at our home trying to get our brush head out. We will have to re route our dryer duct into our garage (only okay to do this if you have an electric dryer, NOT gas) and the technician even sent us a link to a product from home depot for a temporary fix to vent INTO our home. I really appreciated his help and felt terrible about how much time he spent at the home, and losing two of his brush heads due to the builders shotty duct work."
