"1. Super friendly customer service by Samantha. 2. Super friendly and highly expertise work by Josh. 3. We had a difficult section of flooring that had to be repaired and redone. Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. Josh explained the situation, told us he would do the job, and promised it would come out looking better than even we expected could be done. And he was exactly right! My wife and I were more than pleased. I think we were amazed that getting everything to match as close as Josh said he'd be able to do was possible. 4. Another thing that we found so valuable was Josh's setting up of a tent around himself to protect the rest of the room from being overwhelmed with dust. Above and beyond that, he had vacuuming going on at the same time and we really appreciated the efforts made to keep as much dust as possible from going where we didn't want it going. 5.Josh also wrote us up a nice estimate for a lot of other work we plan to have done in and on the outside of the house. And you can be sure that Josh and Samantha will get the call when we are ready to commence with the next projects. Summary: Green Shed Renovations is a diamond in the rough of a plethora of contractors in the world today. We were left hanging by our previous contractor, not just once but twice. Josh and Samantha fulfill their word(s) to the letter. This is a pleasant surprise. If you need to have any kind of work done on or in your house, give Green Shed Renovations a call. "Tony is very responsive and his work on rebuilding my porch and providing a new steps was great. (5 stars across the board). He cleaned the site every day and he fielded every question and would attend to the details that I brought up. His work ethic is amazing, working long days (including some weekend days if there were rain days during the week) and keeping to commitment to stay on the job everyday until completion (unlike some contractors who start the next job before finishing the current one). After he finished the porch rebuild, he agreed to do another job (a complete demolition and redesign of sidewalk steps) which he brought in a subcontractor to assist. The sub-contractor, who did beautiful work, was not as attentive to details of design that Tony specified and for that job, I would rate the the quality of work and the value for money ratings (his rates were comparable as proposal) a 4.5 and not 5 stars across the board. But with the porch rebuild and porch step redesign Tony was fantastic (5 star quality). It took a year for me to find Tony, and he was worth the wait. I recommend him and would, without a doubt, hire him again."

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule.
