The salesman promised what ended up not being realistic for a schedule (but was likely pandemic related), and after purchase, communication about issues with materials being delayed wasn’t great (we had to call them for status), but the work itself was excellent and they quickly responded when we saw a leak after the fact which was from sealant contracting more than expected after drying.

Matt and everyone who worked with him on our bathroom remodel was professional, courteous and friendly. Matt went over everything that would be done , the cost and any changes that occurred. He was able to keep the job going even when they hit snags such as having to replace the sub floor and support beams. He let us know the increase in costs due to these changes and tried to keep the project within the budget as much as he could. There were never any surprises. They did their best to keep the dust and dirt located to the work area (which isn't easy to do with this big of a project. We love both the half bath and master bathroom he created. If you need any bathroom room work done we can't recommend Matt highly enough.

The Cloud 9 Tubs team were a pleasure to work with. Jeff made sure the work order included everything we wanted and kept us updated on the status as materials were fabricated and shipped. Ron and Ron did a terrific job replacing and re-plumbing our old leaky bathtub, and expanding our shower in the master bath. They are all very pleasant to work with and complete professionals. Been with another company for many years last time I call them for price to replace expansion tanks they gave price 859.00 thatà ¢à  à  s last time heard lot about Derry plumbing called Dave and they sent out a technician his name was Tyler very professional look over my unit told me had other issues with my system showing all possible that system was old he would only be taking my money to install the expansion tank and the unit is old and if fails this winter parts will be very hard to get note the unit been in house for 30 years have served my good so Tyler gave est that fair price to replace Dave gave me some options and was very professional so I set up appointment to have replaced thanks to Derry plumbing à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  à ¢à Âà  à ¯à ¸à  Thank you Paul Hickey Derry New Hampshire
