"Mike and his guys just finished a major home exterior restoration project for us, and we could not be more thrilled, not only with the finished project, but we actually enjoyed every step of the process. Mike kept in constant communication with us throughout the project, and he consulted with us on every detail of the work as we went along. When we had a hard time visualizing what Mike had in mind for some of the work, Mike had his guys make mockups for us that were very helpful. We had some areas in the framing that was a mess from 29 years of water intrusion and some termite damage. There are some contractors that might have taken advantage of that situation, but Trinity Construction rebuilt those areas to better than new condition and was very fair with pricing. Now that the project is over, we will miss Mike and his guys who were good company, as well as an excellent craftsman. We would recommend Trinity Construction to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and highly competent construction company. Too bad you only have five stars for us to give them."

"We hired Domestic Interiors to remodel our condo. This included removing existing carpet and tile and replacing with tile throughout the condo (over 1500 sq ft), remodeling the master and guest bathrooms, painting the interior of the condo (all walls and ceilings) and providing other updates such as mounting TV on wall and replacing ceiling fans. We had a new tenant who needed to move in by Jan 27. We got under contract by the first week in Jan. By working double shifts and weekends, Domestic Interiors was able to meet our deadline and our new tenants were able to move in by their 27 Jan deadline. As with all remodel projects, there were unexpected new tasks. We found mold behind the kitchen sink cabinets and this required us to remove and install all new kitchen cabinets. Mark and his team took this in stride and were able to accomplish this additional work and still me the 27 Jan move in deadline. No matter what problem popped up, they had a solution. While we do not recommend trying to do a complete remodel in less than 4 weeks, it is nice to know there are contractors in the Sarasota area who can do it if required. We highly recommend Domestic Interiors and we are very pleased with their work."

"My experience was awesome with West Shore Homes from Archie the salesperson who used no high pressure sales talk and listened to my needs and my cost expectations; to office staff I spoke with; and then the installers Nick M. And Aiden J. Nick and Aiden arrived around 8:30 am and worked nonstop all day. They finished the construction and shower installation by 4:00pm. They were very professional and kept everything nice and clean. I highly recommend West Shore Homes"

"Could not have been more pleased with Jonathan and Premiere Builders. After a "not-so-good" experience with another highly recommended contractor, we called Jonathan. From the first meeting, it was obvious that Premiere Builders was different. "Jay and Bob did a fantastic job making my entranceway wheelchair accessible and attractive. I'm in a wheelchair, and there used to be a step out into my lanai, making it unsafe and inconvenient for me to get in and out. So, they made it level and added a wheelchair ramp. They are diligent, knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly, helpful, and they made sure the job was done right. Other companies didn't even return my calls, but Jay got back to me right away. He's pleasant and his work was affordable and skilled. It looks great! Jay made sure I was happy with the work and is coming back again to help with another project I asked him about.
