"on time very big with me... very professional listened well to my needs for my problems... explained what his plan was to fix the problem and gave me a written quote for the work...at the end of the day i hired him...the next day he and his son showed up on time and got started... together they were able to clearup a good part of the problem educating me as they go... i'm very appreciative for that...They instructed me to keep my pump running thru to monday when they will return to continue to correct my pool problem.. to this point i'm very pleased and i'm confident that i will be swimming soon...i'm considering hiring them for monthly pool maintenance service... Oh his son is very professional and helpful just like his dad...."

"My inground pool was near death, with more dirt and trash in it, virtually no liner nor bottom (poolcrete completely disintegrated). Steve and team took on the project and hit it out of the part. My pool is back to its old glory and ready for the season! I can't say enough about these guys, amazing work amd I highly recommend McPherson Pool and Patio!!!"

"I'm very pleased with the results of all the work done by Custom Pros Services. They not only installed a beautiful pool liner, they also refinished my pool steps, diving board and the coping around the pool. They changed the sand in my sand filter and redid all the plumbing to my requested specifications. EVERYTHING turned out just as I expected it to be. I can't say enough good things about the pride Jeff and Thomas take in making sure everything is done to the customers complete satisfaction. I will be using them again for sure and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good days work for a fair price."

"didn't have a pool cover over the winter and has some pump trouble so my pool was extra green and just absolutely nasty. In one treatment they took my pool from a pond to a beautiful clear blue. Will need one more treatment due to there was just too much dead algae no fault to them at all. What would have taken me a week to get to this point they did it in just 1 trip that took a little bit over an hour. Very impressed would highly recommend. Very courteous and friendly"
