Made call on a Monday afternoon and was answered by Arnold. Explained that we were moving and had a few items to be removed. Arnold asked for a description of material and estimated weight. He then provide a cost estimate and made an appointment for pick up. By Friday afternoon, it was obvious that my estimate was extremely low. Arnold called about hour before arriving to verity the address and time. I let him know of my error and he laughed. He said I wasn't the first and would not be the last. He asked would it be ok to rebid the job based on actual results. I agreed. He arrived on time, introduced himself and asked if where he was parking was ok? He then inspected the load, gave me a new very reasonable quote, I agreed, and he went to work. Arnold was profession from start to finish. I have used other 'finicky' trash haulers, and they usually ding me for ANY concrete. Plus they throw trash in their truck like amateurs. | |Rhino didn't blink at a couple of fencepost concrete pilings, and they crammed MUCH more trash into the load than others. They were scheduled to give an estimate and pick up, they did not pick up that day. I scheduled again for pick, rushing home again for the appt. Again, they gave another estimate and did not pick up. I gave them a third chance, scheduled a time and this time, they didnt call until 1.5 hrs after our scheduled time frame. In the end, they recommend rescheduling yet again. Very flexible on scheduling, took a company check, not a flake as many haulers are. He did a fine job but when I asked him about another job, we didn't have a 2nd person. I think he must only have them work for him when needed...I'm fine with that but make sure to tell him if you are moving stuff that needs multiple peopleshow more

Excellent service. Received a call from Marco and he provided a time window of when the driver would arrive. Received another call the morning of removal to explain they were a bit behind that day so the driver would be a little late. Upon arrival they piled everything I had stacked on the side yard for removal and swept up the area. Just as the driver was about to leave I received another call from Marco asking if the driver was there and if the service was to my satisfaction. I was most satisfied. In all honesty it would have been cheaper to run to the dump myself, but it would have taken me at least two trips and most of the day, but in retrospect it was much cheaper as I place a high value on my time. In the end, they did what they promised. They took a load of junk, and arrived within the window they gave me (barely). However, they told me repeatedly that the driver would call 15-20 minutes before arriving, and they did not. I had purchased a pre-paid load through Angie's List. They were quick in responding to our call and gave a ball park estimate over the phone. When they arrived, they stuck to the estimates and even came down as we weren't hoping to pay the high end of the estimate. They took on hour to remove our shed and debris. They were very polite and got everything done. Even had a thank you call afterwards to thank us for our work. Was quick and efficient and stuck to their words.
