Tile Floor Cleaning Services in San Francisco

Called on Saturday, came out on Monday to give estimate, working that Friday. Showed up exactly on time with a helper to move most furniture (did not move beds or dressers at our request). Worked approx 3 hours and everything looked great. Used a little too much solution on tile which affected the moulding, but that is more of a builder probleshow more

We had Doctor Clean come out to clean several pieces of furniture, steam clean some tile and clean wall-to-wall carpets in most rooms in our house. Our carpet is twenty years old and although we have it professionally cleaned fairly regularly it has a number of stains and was looking awful. This is the first time we used Doctor Clean and he did a marvelous job. Our carpet looked like new and now, a month later, the stains have not resurfaced. One of the chairs he cleaned was almost a lost cause before he got to work on it. One of the cats had peed on it and although I had used an enzyme cleaner the chair was not usable and I was keeping it under the house, thinking I might have to throw it out. Now it is clean and has no odor. This was a piece of furniture I had inherited from my aunt and I really didn't want to have to trash it, so I am grateful to Doctor Clean for saving it. Doctor Clean worked hard and nonstop on all these tasks. He was friendly and professional and the results were far superior to those of the service we used to use. Paradise Cleaning - owner Vince Swerkes - is fantastic! Paradise Cleaning has been my complete floor and upholstery cleaning and care provider since 1987! He does an incredible job of removing cat stains from my carpeting. Years ago one of my cats was threatened by a new member (cat) to the home and he urinated all over an upholstered chair AND the upholstered sofa. Not sprayed, really flooded the areas! Vince got everything out! I mean, no odor, no stain, no nothing! I still have those pieces of furniture with the same upholstery! My cats have been bothered that area since it was cleaned (which proves to me that all of the urine is gone, gone, gone!). The carpet always look great and dries quickly after cleaning, which is a multi-step process, using a steam vacuum. No residue, no smell, the carpet is very very very clean and looks great! The tile floor in my home is a pain to deal with, scratches easily (because of the cats running around) but vince is always able to buff out the scratches. Periodically the tile needs to be stripped and a new sealer applied to keep in looking really good. Again, Vince does a great job. Really, I can't recommend him ENOUGH!! PRICE? I think he's competitive with others; charges a fair price - NO, he does NOT over-charge - definitely great value for your money. He does such a good job, is such a great guy, and is so honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and informed about his industry that frankly I'd pay any price - I think he's that goodshow more
