The company had an employee out the very next day after we contacted them and the following week the house was tented in exactly the timeframe we needed. They were very efficient and they gave a very thorough report. My tenants (our children) were very impressed by them.

I contacted Termite Biz over the weekend for a home inspection. They contacted me right away by text, and then followed up Monday with a phone call. Mike Nguyen came out on Wednesday. He was very professional, and explained everything he was doing without complaint. He was very upfront about what he found, and ways to handle it. He explained without hesitation how I could handle things myself since there were not any major issues found. I would definitely recommend Termite Biz and Mike to any of my friends. And, if I come across any other issues major or minor, they will be the first ones I call.

Termite Biz, Inc. was able to schedule a termite tenting procedure for our home in a very short notice, with 2 termite reports done by previous companies. The timing was really appreciated. Inquiries were responded to in a very timely manner by our representative, Marvin Yee. I guess we really won't know if the tenting did the trick until down the road; i.e. no more termites in and around the outside of our newly purchased home. Based on our experience with Termite Biz.com to date, I would recommend this company. Of the 3 different quotes, they were the most reasonable and accommodated our desired dates for tenting. The only negative comment I would make is to make sure you fully understand what will be done. Since we had drywood and subterranean termites, tenting and spraying in the attic was necessary. The spraying did not occur until Day 4. (We thought everything was going to be in 3 days.)

Great company,really great service,really nice people. Did a great job even removing fungus under house and spraying a fence w/o neighbors. Came back in a few months to retreat a few windows where I thought I saw termite action, they said probably remnants of dead termites but treated any way. All house visits prompt and courteous. Thank you Termite Biz!
