Erik and his dad were very professional. We had a leak from the shower going into the garage in our rental property. Very possible from old pipes and the shower pan. We discussed options and what can be done to fix with tearing out the shower. He replaced the old pipes, resealed the shower flooring and put in supports under the shower flooring, accessing it from the garage. He sent me updates through out the work projects including pictures. We were very happy with the work he completed and thankful for the option on the fix. We hired Erik and his team to tear out and replace the seal between our brick porch and stucco walls. Because of all the water that leaked below damaging the wood framing he replaced all that wood as well.
