When I originally set up the call so I would not be home from work too long, they said they would come between 8-9am. At 9:30 when no one showed up I called & they said they had no record of an appointment. They said they would come later in the day & I did not need to be home. They said they would take video when checking everything. They called me later that day & told me what needed to be done, but there was never any video taken. Don't promise a service you're not going to deliver. The work done was great! Could the work have been done cheaper-maybe, who knows. Regardless, I am very happy with the work performed.

They showed up to mow the grass only once. Never returned again even though I had a contract with them for once a week mowing.
