Very good experience end to end. I love that they come to your house, and you can have the samples right there in the room. The install went well, very friendly installer. Follow up service was great. And a very nice touch from the owner to send flowers and a thank you card afterwards. Felt very appreciated. Quality products, quality install, quality service.

FCI is a very professional and reliable flooring company. They were a pleasure to do business with. They installed LVP and carpet throughout our entire home. Colin was extremely helpful and responsive. I had a specific carpet look I wanted and he was able to find what I was looking for and get me samples to review. I really liked and appreciated their sales, payment and follow up process as well! I would highly recommend them!
