They even installed and buried an additional drain line from my gutter downspout next to the drain line they were installing and connected it to the yardwell along with their drain line. He gave me the estimate and proceeded to fix the problem and explain why our earlier fix didn't work. Then I hired him for a very big project -- replace the motor in our whirlpool tub. He tried to get old motor to work. That didn't happen. He explained he had called the manufacturer and we needed a new motor and gave the price of the motor and his labor. We said to proceed.
