"Local Plumbing Services LLC is a wonderful local family owned business. Our water heater stopped working and Jack was able to fit us in the next day. Jack explained what was wrong, ordered the part and came back within an hour or so to fix. Honestly, if we had called another company, I truly believe they would have scammed us into buying a new water heater. Jack & Paul also fixed problems with a faucet out back and a toilet upstairs. They were courteous, honest and helpful. In this day and age of big companies taking advantage of customers lack of knowledge, pushing something you don't need and having incompetent repairmen, it is refreshing to still have a trustworthy family owned business as an option. "We had to convert a tub/shower in a 1979 mobile home into a walk in shower for my husband. I had gotten a couple of quotes for tile but upon seeing the Onyxstone product's clean lines we decided the extra cost would be worth it. We are very happy with the results. This is a USA made to order product that had about a 5 week wait but the owner called every week with an update and it came in on time. .My husband and I are extremely happy with our choice of Hill Country Tub and Tile. Luckily, there were no unexpected problems like mold or leaking water so Mike and his helper were able to do the demolition and install in just one day. They even had enough battery operated lights and tools with them so they continue to work during a 1 hour KPUB electric outage. When they left, the bathroom was spotless and we are looking forward to trying it out tomorrow."
