"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Sometimes the true measure of a company is not how well they do the job, but how well they respond when things are not right. Some minor issues developed and Vito was on the phone with me, explaining, commiserating, but more importantly taking care of it to my satisfaction. What could have easily been a less than good experience was remedied with some personal attention that was much appreciated.
