"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I hired Wayne Johnson, after I stepped in a giant ant hill in my from yard, and received over 150 painful bites on my feet. I had never used a pest control service, or even any chemical to kill insects in my home, and I have been here over 25 years. Wayne listened as I showed him the problem area in the front yard. He treated the area and came back to spot treat when I called him and told him most of the problem was taken care of, but there were a few stragglers hanging around.
