"Steve Mitchem and Tool Tap, LLC was a Godsend! I planned on getting 3 estimates for my roof replacement and I started with Tool Tap. We had never filed a claim before so I didn't know what to do, but Steve was so knowledgeable and helped me with my insurance claim. He met with the insurance adjuster and took care of everything!
