"We contacted them. We have a 48x72 barn that needed rock throughout the entire barn plus a new driveway through it. They returned our phone call promptly. They were on the job site within the week. They were very knowledgeable about their equipment. We gave them specific instructions and they followed them to the letter. "Whale Maintained Properties have actually done a number of jobs for me over the years. Most recently they installed a bathtub and surround in an upstairs bathroom for me. They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. They always communicate well and deliver great quality for the price. They even make sure my dog, who is small and likes to run for the door, never gets out of the house while they're working on something.
