I had some 'last minute' changes I wanted - literally 3 days before the installation. Mark looked at the pictures I sent and listened to my idea change and adjusted his work plan to include the change. In my experience, most people you hire get upset and/or frustrated with last minute changes, but he didn't. He even expressed that he liked my new idea. He created a beautiful epoxy countertop for me too! I don't like high-pressure sales reps., Mark is very personable and doesn't put any pressure on you during the estimate/quote process. Once he started the work, I could tell he really enjoys his job!"
