"Lutton Construction did a wonderful job with my basement remodel, transforming it from the 80s to modern times. Kyle (the owner) listened carefully to my vision for the space and was very responsive throughout the duration. The project included building new framed interior walls, insulating, new electric, fixing a section of sill plate, replacing a damaged gas line, drywall, new LTV flooring, refinishing the ceiling, new wood trim and finishing work and fresh painting. His crew was polite, professional and very detail oriented. Absolutely thrilled with the finished result and my family is looking forward to enjoying for many years!"

"The Installation crew was punctual, courteous, professional and their workmanship was phoenominal! We had a TOTAL bathroom remodel done for two bathrooms! Master Bathroom involved installing a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, lights and vent fan! The guest bathroom involved installing a jacuzzi tub, sink, vanity, toilet, lights and vent fan. Plus new flooring in both bathrooms! This company is the real deal! I highly recommend them for any home project. Their warranty is beyond compare!"

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Wow, how do i say how great they were. Chuck and Adam where so helpful in making my design come to life. I wanted one bathroom made into two, a handicap assessable on suite one for my Dad and a powder room for guests. They new about ada handicap assessable baths. They helped with any issues i had come up with the house during the construction and they took care of so many little things that you don't think about right away. Any changes we had to make was easy because of there knowledge and great suggestions. The whole experience was so positive, if you are thinking about a remodel this is who you want to go with.
