"SAMUEL GOROSTIETA was the first to call about the job I needed done and was over to view the problem within 30 min.s After 2 weeks of trying to find a local handyman, none of witch would even come by to view the problem, this was a high mark for Sam. The metter box cover had fallen off, and after only 30 years. I saw the surface problem, Sam saw the real problems, entire unit holding it in place needed to be replaced...he was right. He explained what needed to be done, offered a price, witch I thought was fair and we agreed he would do the job the next day. He was here on time the following morning. Set up his tools and went right to work. Removed all old frame and replaced or repaired ALL that needed to be done. He worked diligently and by the end of the day all work was completed and I am very pleased with the results. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with. "Morgan was very friendly, never tried to over sell anything, showed me all of the options, such as solar screens, pet screens and prices were reasonable. Even if you have a tight budget or want something more expensive, Morgan had it. I replaced most of my two story house with solar screens and the back patio sliding door with a pet screen. He also helped me replace a window in one of my bedrooms that hasn’t worked since the day we moved in. Completed the project that day, except for the replacement window which needed to be ordered and worked nonstop to finish early. They listened to what we wanted which allowed him to more understand our project. This allowed them to come up with a design that helped us see how the completed project would look like. We then made some minor design changes until we loved what we saw. Emil's expertise and understanding of this project, made the actual work much less stressful and boring than we expected. While the work was in progress, Emil and his office replied patiently to our questions for explanations, changes, and add-ons.
