"Sebastian was hired to replace cedar siding on my house, then staining it. Once we began covering all that I could afford, I decided to have a 12x32 foot deck with rails and steps installed. He began by building the deck and had it completed within a week, and I found it to be one of the most solid that I have ever been on in my 70 year life!! He has half of the siding completed and will be finished by the end of today with that, and it is looking â PERFECTâ . Staining will begin tomorrow and I can rate that once completed. Sebastian Kunkel is very focused, thorough, and takes any questions to heart, making the home owner right â ALLâ of the time. Pricing is excellent and I have 4 neighbors already interested in hiring him when becomes available. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a â PERFECTâ 10, for the work he has completed as well as his work ethics."
