"This company was great! The holidays and being out of town made scheduling a little tricky but they were patient and worked with me. They did have to reschedule on the day they were originally meant to come out but they communicated that to me early on and were apologetic. Andy came out and did not charge for taking a look at the issue, he gave us two price estimates based on me supplying parts or if he supplied them. Within 48 hours of his initial visit he was back out to complete the job. I appreciated that he gave me his number to text him to make sure I picked up the correct parts."

"I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."

"I had a broken garbage disposal, a toilet that no longer flushed and a water stain in my livingroom from some draining issue from my bathroom. I connected with Ken via home advisor and he came out early ( 7am) the next day to take an assessment and made recommendations. He did not push unnecessary fixes, for the case of my water stain, he said lets calk some areas in the bathroom before ripping up the dry wall. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. I will be keeping Ken's information in my files for any future plumbing issues."

"I highly recommend this company. They were able to do my job in about 2 weeks after I signed the contract. The job was finished in 1 day. It's 7 months now--and so far--everything is fine. They did a wonderful job with very high quality materials. Their materials far surpass most other contractors. There is a lifetime warranty on a roof replacement. The roof itself has about 4 layers of materials (much more than most others). The materials include a fire protective underlayment. They're ice resistant, have a Sol-R-skin heat barrier and a special vent which helps protect against high winds. Their nails are special made with barbs so that they hold the asphalt roofing in place and there is a special sealing adhesive that envelops the nails so that there is almost no hole left for any possible leaking to occur. They also have a "no nails" guarantee which means that they guarantee all their nails will be cleaned up after the job is finished. If you find any of their nails (which are definitely different from other nails), they promise you $1 for every nail you find (up to $100). I did find some nails--and I did receive payment for them! When I called about a leak they were here in about 2 hours and they're about 45 minutes away from me. The leak, however, was NOT from their job but they were so kind and helpful in helping me find the cause of the leak--which was actually beyond their duty since it wasn't their fault. I will reiterate--I HIGHLY recommend this company. They have been marvelous."
