"We had a bad situation with our garage door(double) including bad springs and very erratic motion causing the opener to reverse directions. Talked to Britt on Friday, they inspected the problem on Saturday, giving us a quote, and did the repair on Tuesday! (Monday was Labor Day). This was great response, the door operates very smoothly, and the cost was very fair."
