"Our electric clothes dryer blew a thermal fuse because it got too hot. Fixed that but suspected a dryer duct blockage caused the high temperature. Found Chimney Masters through Angi. Requested quote. Good communication and scheduling process. Not cheap but reasonable price for the work done clearing out a 28 ft dryer vent that exists above the second story. Reasonable enough to do on their recommended every other year schedule. The cleaning made a mess outside but they cleaned everything up. They even reattached the dryer with a new flex duct. Would hire again."

"I originally called Mr. Holden out on 10/26/18 to repair a leak in my townhouse roof, but my roof's age (estimated at about 17 years) and the location of the leak (along the ridge vent) made a roof replacement his final recommendation. I agreed, figuring the investment would be worth it in the long run. When his crew came out to remove and replace the old roof on 10/29/18, they discovered it was much older and in worse shape than we'd originally thought. In fact, I'm surprised it only had the one leak. Anyway, in one day, the roofers removed the old roof; replaced all of the paper-thin, splintering plywood with 1/2 inch stuff; put down GAF under layment and shingles; and cleaned up every scrap. Mr. Holden also convinced me to replace my cheapo squirrel-trampled gutters with LeafGuards, which his crew finished installing the very next day. All in all, the finished product is gorgeous! Working with Mr. Holden and his crew was a pleasant experience. I priced out all of the supplies (I looked items up at the website) and labor, and the final project price was fair for the fast, high quality workmanship and the high-quality materials. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs."

"Replacement of all mortar on 18 flagstone steps including 5 landings . Replaced all the mortar on 16x12 foot flagstone patio. Flagstone cleaned and secured as needed. Moved patio furniture and plants and moved them back upon completion of the work. Project was completed in 3 days with clean up . Mr. McMillan described the repairs required and costs in detail after an in person inspection of our home."

"They called us on Wednesday after we got their info from Angi (formerly Angie's List and HomeAdvisor). They were able to come out this morning (2 days later). Other companies said that they didn't have any appointments available until January. They were on-time and spent about an hour inspecting and cleaning both our wood stove insert and the chimney. They also found 2 pieces of wood in the chimney that had been restricting air flow up the flue. These were removed and they conducted a test. Voila, the smoke traveled up the flue with no problems. During their inspection, they also found a couple of cracks in the exterior chimney bricks near the top. They provided an estimate for those repairs. All in all, it was a great experience. They were clean and professional. We would use them again. We were charged $189, which they said was a $20 discount off the regular price since we were Angi subscribers."

"Sergio and his crew were exellent. They did a fantastic job on the exterior brick repair of my wood burning fireplace/chimney. During the process of getting quotes from multiple companies, Community Chimney was able to come the next day to do an estimate. They detailed all the necessary repairs in an email including pictures of the damaged bricks and what steps they would take to fix or replace them. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and wasted no time in getting the project done. It took 3 guys all day to do it, and my chimney has never looked better. Their work on my house is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend them to anyone."

"We had a prefabricated fireplace, builder grade. When not in use - you could feel the cold air coming from all around it. Not good in the winter. All Pro Chimney came, Dennis, the owner, explained that there was no insulation behind the prefab. THAT is why the room was so cold all the time. After price negotiations All Pro Chimney : - Removed the existing prefabricated fireplace - Insulated and closed up the chase with Durock - Installed a Regency FP90 with about 15-18 feet of chimney, blower, air intake, chase cover, and cap - Installed a Granite surround, mantel and hearth - Repaired drywall and paint The entire process took a couple of weeks because the granite had to be custom cut. The crew, always polite and respectful. They showed up on time and worked from the moment they arrived to when they left. Very clean. No trash left on site. The installation of the fireplace upgraded the entire room, energy wise and in appearance. I ripped out the carpet and installed hardwood. End product - Beautiful! I love it. Small business, Honest and Caring. They have been out twice - just to check to make sure things are going well. We Highly recommend All Pro Chimney!!"
