"The Artisan Decks crew was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had four bids to add a porch with roof to replace our 23-year old deck. He arrived with samples, photos of similar work, talked over all the possibilities and patiently and cheerfully answered all of our questions, and clearly laid out the costs with all the different options we asked about. Once we selected Artisan over the other options, Jake kept us informed of every step along the way of when they would work, what would be accomplished in the coming days and weeks, when inspectors and subcontractors would arrive.
