He also inspected the connections and the drain pan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and so were his team. They showed up on time and thier office let me know exactly when to expect them. The price was incredible for this project. I would like to add that the washers in question were upstairs so it was hard work. Not once did they complain or make faces about it.
