"I hired Carlos from Fixer.com to install a shelf and a clothing rod, he did the work and we paid him, a few days later used the rod and it collapsed, called the office and they would sent out Carlos and also told us they would have to charge us to come out and fix their mistake Update 02/25/20: We ended up resolving the issue after calling HomeAdvisor to do a complaint.
