"I had my entire roof, including ALL of the decking and new shingles replaced. (Fortunately, I didn't need any of my rafters replaced on my 70+ YO home.) My house is so much warmer and quieter than it had been before the replacement. Total cost around $10,000, including all of the decking. My house is not very large and only one story. That also includes new gutters and downspouts, which will be done in 1-3 weeks. (different crew). I love that Indy Rooftops was always in touch, which is more than I can say for another company I was considering. The other company seems to have ghosted me.
