We had really bad windows in our home, so we set up an appointment with Brandon. He was so knowledgeable. We learned so much and were very confident in our choice to go with Universal Windows Direct. We got quotes from other companies, but the products just didnâ t compare. We had the installation scheduled right in the middle of the snow last month. We didnâ t know if they were going to come. The installers were right on time and did everything in one day. Six windows and a sliding door. They seriously are a great company.

We had two shower/bathtub units removed ,and they installed new showers. Derek did an awesome job!! He was very professional, hard working and accomplished both showers in one week. He was very neat and always cleaned up after the day of work. I would highly recommend Derek and Primax for your shower needs. We are more than pleased with the outcome. Our contact was Jon Dibble. He said gutters were in good shape (except for one section that they would repair) and that we only need to replace gutter guards. They also cleaned out all gutters, all 296 feet of them. Would recommend for all exterior work.

We used the window source for a door replacement. The quality of the door is the best we found ( and we shopped around)
The customer service is stellar. The installers were prompt, professional, and left my home clean. They did an amazing job with the installing of our new doors.
