"We hired them to replace our Air Ducts and add Air Blown Insulation. We re very happy with the outcome!. They re very reasonable. In summer the house never cooled off under 86 and the a/c never shut off. Our PG&E bills were $600-$800 during summer months and we paid on it all year. The Air Ducts required a lot more work than originally anticipated ( was originally built with several different sizes when it shouldn t have been plus an add on room. They showed us the old stuff they took out and there were holes throughout so most of the cold air was going into attic not house!) They paid special attention to the back part of the house that always is hotter than the rest of the house. Even putting extra thick insulation in that room. I spent the first 3days saying It s set to 74 and it s 74 in the house! It shut off! Highly recommend them if you need work done!"

They provided on the phone estimate while other companies come out and give a 2 hour presentation and ask if "your wife will be home" because they want everyone to be involved in the decision - this is not a decorator item - its insulation! I had my attic and walls blown in and it took 3 guys a complete day to do, and they were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. I also added a ceiling with sound proofing which took a few hours the next day. Everyone was accommodating with my needs. Do not bother with any other company!"

"Very professional from start to finish. Highlighted every step of the project from start to finish. They were able to include attic cleanup ( insulation removal, rodent and pest abatement, disinfectant, new insulation with higher R factor, and new hvac flex ducting to help increase efficiency. They also provided seamless guttering where it was necessary instead of full perimeter. We were guided through the process of roofing materials they used and also recommendations for the actual roof tiles/shingles. We opted for the highest rated roof tabs (uv, wind heat deflection etc) along with treated and insulated osb to decrease uvand heat buildup. In short the warranty is 50 years and transferable!!! Very pleased with George who managed this project from start to finish and was always in contact with us every step of the way."
