Greg quickly assessed the situation, removed the toilet and sub-flooring to beef up the joists and laid down new sub-flooring and new floor boards. I observed his focused style. He listened to my description of the floor problem and promptly determined what needed to be done and what materials were required. He worked quickly and finished leaving a clean work site. I have seen some of his skills displayed at two other homes where he removed a tree from the yard, painted the interior and exterior of a couple houses, put new tile in a couple bathrooms, and replaced cabinets in a large kitchen.
