Two workers arrived on time and proceeded with the work in a professional manner. Montola G. was the lead and foreman. He mixed up the anti-mold compound with assistance from Kelvin J. and sprayed all wood surfaces in the crawlspace. I checked the work the next day and his work was thorough. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They took most of the bags I had filled with removed insulation with them when they were finished. "We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work.
