"I called Mr. James mid-day on an emergency basis since I had a leaking dishwasher. He quickly accomodate my call in his schedule, promising to come at the end of the day. That's what he did. He came at 8pm, at the very end of his long day. He thoroughly perform the repair, taking one hour to correct the leak, clean the motor, and double check that the leak was corrected. He truly cares.
