"Sean and Cody removed glued down wood flooring in our foyer, halls, dining area and kitchen. It wasn't easy work but they carried out the task very, very well. We had new cherry cabinets that were in the process of being installed, no damage what so ever to those. Their price was very reasonable and they worked me in their schedule quickly which I appreciated. I plan to get a quote for exterior house painting from them next year. "Ross, was polite, knowledgeable, clean groomed & went the extra step. I had a wear spot at the entry of the master bedroom. We did not have a sample piece to work as a donor carpet. Options were to take a piece from the closet or install a transition strip of wood. I asked Ross for his opinion, which option was the most professional looking. He recommended the transition strip, because the donor piece from the closet would 1, would leave a hole in the carpet in the closet and 2, the color match of the worn carpet and the new closet carpet would be apparent. I had to go to Lowes to get the transition strip. Ross volunteered to go along to make sure I got everything needed for the repair. Ross cleaned up the job site after his work. Ross gave me a quote for the job and I am certain the job took longer than the time he allocated for the work. I highly recommend Healthyfresh Carpet & Upholstery Care. "I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"
