"We hired Falcon Pools to complete a rather complex renovation of our pool. Including full deck, retaining walls, drains, spa, stairs, tanning ledge and complete lift of the entire pool depth. There is quite simply nobody else Iâ d rather do business with for two main reasons. 1. Communication. Their communication was above and beyond my expectations. They communicate every single detail and made sure they had alignment even before the material purchase. They sent pictures to confirm and called me on the weekend to answer any questions my wife and I had. 2. Attention to detail. This was a complex Reno including a full lift and retaining wall amongst many many other complexities. Not once did I see a sign of carelessness or cutting corners. They came several times even after the job was finished to make sure the pool was cleaned, leak free, and to make sure we were happy.
