Mr. Pumphrey arrived on time and as soon as he entered my home he wiped his shoes off before proceeding into my home. He was pleasant and after he inspected the sump pump he gave me a reasonable price and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He explained a future issue I would have to address but did not pressure to commit to the service. I would use Mr. Pumphrey in the future and recommend him to family and friends.
