It was raining and even though they had to come in and out they were very careful not to track anything into my house. When we called for the service, Ric asked us about some on the job training on the call. There were to be three people and two of the employees were getting some on the job training. Robbie, the manager checked with us again if we objected to the training occurring on our job prior to them starting. He explained it would take longer and wanted to be sure it was okay. They did a great job and we are looking forward to working with them in the future. I would recommend them to any looking for an honest and committed company to excellence."

"The a/c technician, Jeffrey Batista arrived before the scheduled time. Throughly diagnosed my a/c and determined the best approach to repair the unit. Jeffrey replaced the a/c compressor and recharged the unit. It didn’t take too much time to get the a/c running again. There was a small glitch in the thermostat and Jeffrey replaced it at no additional cost. He called back several times to check to see if the unit was operating properly. He assured me he’s available to return at anytime to fix any problems with the compressor installation. I’m pleased with their promptness, professional service and pleasant attitude to work with. Their cost is very reasonable. Batista is a great company, doing a great job. I highly recommend them for your home heating and cooling services."
