"I really needed gutters ASAP due to me just adding new sod to the side of my home that doesnâ t get much sunlight and I found Top Gutter (due to their great ratings) maybe last Thursday or Friday and spoke with Chris. He was very knowledgeable over the phone and was able to squeeze me in with an appointment to get an estimate the following Monday just after the Christmas holiday. He showed up to my home right on time (I kept him waiting) and enjoyed the scenery in my neighborhood and he waited very patiently for me to arrive. Upon arrival he had my estimate ready with also a small presentation to show me what Iâ m buying. Chris built ALOT of value in his services, product and company which was amazing! "The rate was very reasonable. His original bid was very reasonable. I was the one that asked to have the larger gutters and wanted leave guards. The labor did not change, the increase was the material cost for both. I have a one-story house that simplified the installation. The day of installation, the workers arrived on time and got straight to work. I have had the gutters now for a year and they have worked great at keeping the water away from the foundation even in the heavest rains. Excellent service at a reasonable price."

"Francisco and his team in Homeimprove Construction were a pleasure to work with. This was my fiance and my 3rd remodeling experience. We remodeled 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the laundry room. I m so glad we hired Francisco. We worked with a 3-D designer and we gave the plan to Francisco who made them a reality. He was easy to get in contact with and very responsive by phone and text. During any design decisions, he always made sure to check in with what we wanted. He was flexible and a very reasonable person. He works with many renovation experts and knows the right people to call for electrical, custom cabinets, tile work, and roofing and engineering. My fiancé and I are very particular perfectionists and everything was completed to the highest degree of workmanship. "Having dealt with other roofing contractors prior to selecting Granada, we went in skeptical and guarded. Carlos was our primary contact and he was such a kind and pleasant person to work with. He assured us that they would be straightforward in their dealings and their work would be quality work that we would be pleased with. We had a very difficult journey in getting our work approved by the insurance company followed by having to deal with dishonest contractors during the bid/quote process. So, our final decision to go with Granada was the best decision we made!
