"Bob reached out to me within a few hours of my post, which was on Saturday night. I didnÂ’t expect anyone to honestly be available until after Labor Day Weekend. Bob was at my house at noon on Sunday, fixed the problem, by actually showing me the malfunctioning pieces and explaining why that was happening. I was very impressed that someone took time from their busy schedule to make sure the customer understood the issue and was content and confident in the resolution. I would highly recommend this company, because people like Bob actually care to do the best job, and not to just charge your wallet. Thank you again!"
