He did such an amazing job the first time, we immediately hired him back to finish out the laminate flooring installation throughout our upstairs and to rip up the carpet that was on the stairs, replacing it with wood flooring. "Whale Maintained Properties have actually done a number of jobs for me over the years. Most recently they installed a bathtub and surround in an upstairs bathroom for me. They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. They always communicate well and deliver great quality for the price. They even make sure my dog, who is small and likes to run for the door, never gets out of the house while they're working on something. He told me about this place to purchase vinyl flooring for a cheaper price, and the advice was very useful because I bought my flooring there. He came with me to Menards and helped me load the baseboards onto his van. Very friendly and respectful and has excellent suggestions. He had the idea to install the baseboards underneath my sink free of charge, and I told him no. Now I'm kicking myself in the butt because I should have taken the dea, lol. Well, anyway, he did a great job. Very punctual and diligent, and prices were very reasonable, and if you need something done, he can't do he knows a guy that knows a guy and will get it done at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with all the work that was done 10/10 he is an artist!!"
