"Fantastic company with Veteran and Active Duty discounts. The techs are very knowledgeable and don't try to upsell. They checked for gas leaks and multiple other issues. Earlier in the year during cooling season they found mold growth in my system which can continue to grow and spread mold spores throughout my home. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

They called right away, came out the next morning and installed an “one way exit” for the rodents, then called back a few days later to confirm the raccoons were gone, and wrapped the hole they made with metal so they can never get in again.
